Returns and Refunds
In case a wrong item or a faulty product have been sent out to you, all you need to do is to send the wrong item back to us, and we will organise shipping the correct item to you as soon as possible. If the correct item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund.
Change of mind returns policy
Please make your decision on purchases carefully. Because of our products’ nature, refunds and exchanges will not be provided for change of mind of shipped products.
Items that have not been shipped can be refunded. However, an additional transaction fee of 5% will be incurred. This is because Shopify/Paypal transaction fees aren’t returned to us when a refund is issued.
